Stepping Stones provides:
- Diapers and wipes for those who need them.
- A nutritious breakfast, lunch and afternoon snack.
- Age appropriate Spanish, Sign language and Music classes.
The goal of the Toddler 1 and 2 child care at Stepping Stones Early Education Center is to encourage independence, self-esteem, social interaction and intellectual development through play and exploration. A nutritious breakfast, lunch and afternoon snack is provided as well as any needed diapers and wipes. Toddlers' teachers provide parents with daily sheets detailing their child's day.
Toddler child care can be arranged from a part to full-time basis of 2 to 5 days per week. Toddler care is available from 7am to 6pm.

- Encourage emergent vocabulary with age appropriate conversation and activities that promote language development
- Encourage children to participate in group discussion
- Interactive style in reading books such as pointing to the words on a page as a story is read aloud
- Use words to describe the characteristics of objects

- Promote an understanding and respect for differences by encouraging children to help others and spark interest in how people in different cultures live

Language and Communication Development
