Transitioning from Infancy to the Crawling Stage

The earliest days of your child’s life are among the most special and profound. This is when your child learns what it means to be safe and secure, as well as what it feels like to be loved and nurtured. Stepping Stones Early Learning Center is dedicated to providing your child individual attention and personalized care based on his/her unique needs and family routine.

  • Classrooms are spacious and fun to explore, full of natural light and have peaceful areas for sleeping.

 

  • Infant and crawler rooms provide the perfect environment for little ones to discover their physical abilities as they learn to roll over, crawl, pull up and eventually walk.

 

  • Stepping Stones' curriculum focuses on your baby’s growth and development by creating strong bonds and learning through play.

 

  • Developmentally appropriate activities throughout the day can include: story time, sensory activities, art time, music and movement, bubbles, puppets and activities that promote the development of large and small muscles.

 

  • A screened-in porch allows for fresh air and more time for infants and crawlers to discover the world around them. They also enjoy the great outdoors through stroller walks around the center’s acreage.

Enrichment for Crawlers

In addition to our curriculum, Stepping Stones believes all children should have the opportunity to participate in enrichment classes and activities. Our program is all-inclusive; meaning enrichment is provided free of charge. Enrichment for Crawlers includes American Sign Language, Music Class and more!
